Dr. Jen is the founder of Indigo Fox Acupuncture & Wellness, with offices in New Market and Buckeystown, MD. She specializes in pain, migraines, hormonal health, gut and digestive disorders, healthy weight loss, and stress-related conditions.
Before opening her practice, Jen worked in behavioral neuroscience, studying how the brain and body respond to aging, stress, and disease. A profound personal experience — healing a significant digestive condition and avoiding surgery through acupuncture and nutrition — led her to dedicate her career to East Asian Medicine and integrative wellness.
