Dr. Yocum teaches a variety of online self-paced courses aimed at combining ancient wisdom from Chinese Medicine and modern day science to help you life a healthier life. Her signature program, The Chinese Medicine Cleanse, is just one of the many offerings designed to support you on your wellness journey.

Tapping & Online Coaching

During this private online session, Dr. Jen Yocum will speak to you about your challenges and personal edges, and then guide you through tapping or acupressure protocols designed to help you feel better. These sessions are most useful for people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and/or fear. This can also be useful for those who feel they are holding themselves back in some way from achieving their personal and/or business goals, either consciously or subconsciously, including, but not limited to: making money, being seen, self-sabotage when things get “too good,” weight issues, emotional eating, or being your authentic self. During this session, Dr. Yocum will teach you the process so you can do it on yourself if and when the feelings arise again, as desired. Services may be scheduled in person if preferred.

Private Yoga & Meditation Lessons

If you feel intimidated by yoga or meditation classes in larger groups, or are recovering from an injury or surgery, private yoga and meditation lessons provide a way for you to get personalized attention, with modifications designed just for you. Dr. Yocum, L.Ac., RYT200 has been teaching yoga since 2006 in both private and group settings, and has extensive training in a variety of styles. No matter your perceived ability, yoga and meditation are for you, and she will design a class or program where you will be able to gain better range of motion, flexibility and strength. Private 1-on-1 and semi-private or small group lessons are available.
